Obituary of Brad Andrew Raser

Brad Andrew Raser, age 25, of Dickson City and formerly of Greeley died unexpectedly Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Geisinger-Community Medical Center, Scranton.
Born July 25, 1988, in Honesdale, PA, he was the son of Diane Joy (Eden) Hiller, also of Dickson City. He was a graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School, Class of 2006. He was employed as a co-supervisor at Jack Williams Tires.
Brad loved his Volkswagen, as well as cooking and barbequeing. He also enjoyed RC racing and being outdoors. He went to the Jersey Shore every year to celebrate his birthday. His dogs Guiness, Bailey, Sierra and Monster were his pride and joy. He was a regular plasma donor to help save lives.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother: Christopher Petersen and his wife Tosha of Hawley; three half-sisters: Valerie, Tracy and Chrissy; his paternal grandfather: Irv Raser of Layton, NJ; his maternal grandparents: Charles and Fay Eden of Newton, NJ; a nephew: Riley Petersen; two aunts: Michelle Eden of Newton, NJ, and Mary Wright of South Carolina; his best friends: CJ, Anton and Jeff; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his aunt Kathleen Semanchik, his stepfather Wayne Hiller and grandmother Betty Raser.
Calling hours will be Friday, April 11, from 7 to 9 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
