Bobby was a loving, protective, older brother. I always felt like he had my back. His sense of humor could lighten a dark day or an uncomfortable situation. I remember competitive games of pinochle, motorcycles, his perpetual beard, and great storytelling. He was the life of the party. I love you always! Until we meet again....

so true that he could fix anything....
He was visiting from Florida and I had mentioned that I thought I had a bad bearing in my boat trailer...The next day I came home from work to find him under the trailer with his tools and the parts had been replaced.
He was a great man and I never had to worry about my littles sis after they were married. We will miss you Bob.
Love, Karl Ulmer

Bob had a rough exterior that hid a BIG sensitive heart. Thank you for taking care of my sister all these years. You will be missed.

My Dear Kim,
Life has not been easy for you but with the strength you have in your faith, you will get through it all. I always knew that Bob took such wonderful care of you. He had you on a pedestal and kept you out of harms way. He made us all laugh and always loved the way he was with the children. Another Santa Claus. He is now with his maker and he will be watching your every move.
We certainly will miss him. We loved you Bob.
