I will greatly miss Hooter, my dear neighbor and friend. He was a great smiling and joyful community member. I was blessed to live in the same building and on the same floor as Hooter. I will always remember the great concern he always had for his neighbors and the times he would take to talk with me on the way to his home. My deepest condolences and most profound sympathies to Sonja his wife, his family, his friends and community.
