Rest in peace my beloved godfather. There are no words to express how much I miss you and how much you are loved. I think about you a lot and pray that you are at peace now. You were a great man and I was proud to have you as my godfather I am just sorry that we lost so much time together all those years ago. I am happy that I got to see you again and spend some time with you. I am grateful that you got to meet the man that I will spend the rest of my life with! I know you will watch over all of us and your memory will live on through all the memories we have of you. I love you. Fly high with the angels <3

You were one of the toughest men I ever meet and you fought hard till the end. You were so full of stories that made everyone laugh and sometimes go huh? You always spoke your mind and never backed down; you could be rough around the edges but had a big heart and we all are better for knowing you. You lived though a lot and always seem to come out ok and we all hoped this would not be your last battle, but someone else has plans for you. We know that you are now at peace and we believe that your brother and Uncle Jim were probably waiting for you to greet you and show you around. Well thank you for welcoming me into the family, you are loved and will be missed.

He was a very special person to me and was a great influence. I was happy to have known him and was able to visit him once and a while. I was happy to talk to him after his hospital stay and I thought he was getting better until I heard the news. Our sympathy John and Rosie.

Dianne my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family! So sorry he left on your Birthday but you know he loved you so much!! As you know it's also Kevin's Bday and we buried my neighbor friend of 17 years and then found out my Uncle Wayne passed that morning! This was the prayer that was on my Uncles card that brought me piece may it do the same for you!!!
I'd like the memory of me
to be a happy one,
I'd like to leave an afterglow
of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo
whispering softly down the ways,
of happy times and laughing
times and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those
who grieve, to dry before the sun.
Of happy memories that I leave
when life is done!!!
Your Dad has gone home to our Father and may his loving Angels wrap their loving arms around all of you in time of loss with the knowledge we shall all be together again someday!!
Love you guys!!!

My Dear Brother, one of my fonder memories of you was coming to my rescue to defend my honor & the American Flag @ Carle Place High School. It was right up your alley, but meaningful. I remember as a child when you came home from the service & lived with us on Mitchell Ave. I gained another "big brother". You were very loving & caring to 2 new red headed sisters & a new brother.
I miss you & cherish the time we had together,as you prepared for your next journey, to be with Daddy & all of the other family & friends.Until we meet again, on the other side....your loving sister, Red

Well brother George, you're in a better place than we are, that's for sure. I do have a few good memories of you brother, when I was real young, and we lived on Mitchell Ave. Then you and Cookie got married and I hardly ever saw you. But I remember you guys sure moved a lot! Now you are with our heavenly father, and our earthly father. Please be at peace now. Dianne take care of that family of yours. Now you can rest knowing your dad isn't suffering any more. You have your good memories. Take care of yourself. Love you.
