Angelina Pellitteri, age 89, of Hawley and formerly of Nesconset, NY died Tuesday, July 3, 2018
Mrs. Pellitteri was born May 15, 1929 in Woodhaven, NY and was the daughter of the late Gerolomo and Antoinette (Carbonaro) Merlino. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 yeats, Giuseppe in 2010.
Angelina was a seamstress and loved to sew and do other needlework. She cooked and baked for many special occasions.
She is survived by two daughters & sons-in-law: Rosalie & Steven McCune of Hawley, PA; Antoinette & William Caruana of Holbrook, NY, and one son and daughter-in-law: Joseph & Kathy Pellitteri of Milford, NH; seven grandchildren; one sister: Mary Perrcoco and one brother: Morris Merlino.
Calling hours will be Friday, July 6th at Moloney Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, July 7th at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in Nesconset, NY.
Burial will be in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Coram, NY.
