Obituary of Michele Anthony Annunziato

Michele Anthony "Mr. Mike" Annunziato, age 79, of Beach Lake, and formerly of Bronx, NY, died Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Allied Services Hospice Center in Scranton.

Mr. Annunziato was born May 8, 1939, in Sarno, Italy and was the son of the late Carmine and Melinda (Franco) Annunziato.

Mike was the owner of Mike's Pizzeria in Lakeville and former owner of Ralph's Pizzeria in Nutley, NJ. He was a very hard worker with a pizza smile.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years: Paula (Cecere) Annunziato four sons: Carmine Annunziato and his wife Carol of West Haverstraw, NY, Michael Annunziato and his wife Darcy of North Port, FL, Dennis Annunziato of North Port, FL and Greg Annunziato of Tafton; eight grandchildren: Tori, Chiara, Abriana, Rocco, Isabella, Nicolas, Chris and Stephen; two sisters: Maria Esposito of Italy and Lucia Crescenzo of Poughkeepsie, NY; and two brothers: Salvatore Annunziata of Rhinebeck, NY and Umberto Annunziata of Wappingers Falls, NY.

Calling hours will be Monday, October 22nd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Tuesday, October 23rd at 2 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley.

Burial will be in Indian Orchard Cemetery, Honesdale on Tuesday.
