Robert W Vennie, age 80, a lifelong resident of Blooming Grove, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at home.
Mr. Vennie was born July 21, 1938 in Blooming Grove, PA and was the son of the late Robert F and Caroline (Delling) Vennie.
He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, local 542 for over 50 years.
Bob is survived by his wife of 60 years: Barbara Lynne (Pierson) Vennie and a son: William J Vennie of Tafton, PA; a daughter-in-law, Peggy Sue Olson of Tafton, PA; four granddaughters: Angela, Marissa, Brooke & Paige. He was predeceased by a son, Robert J. Vennie in 2002.
Calling hours will be Friday, December 7th from 10 to 11 am at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA, followed by the memorial service at 11 am.
Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel and inurnment in Pine Grove Cemetery in Paupack.
