Verdon George White, age 61, of Hawley died unexpectedly, Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale.
Mr. White was born May 21, 1957 in Callicoon, NY and was the son of the late Norma (Teeple) and George White, Jr.
He was an Army veteran and drove tractor trailer for over 20 years, working at Narrowsburg Lumber and Gumble Brothers. He was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Pamela Ann White and his beloved beagle, Wyatt Woodrow White.
The family would like to thank White Mills Ambulance, Harry Utegg and family, Dr. Peter Cognetti, and Peggy and Dr. Jack Prior for all their love, support and compassion.
Private cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel, PA.
