Henry C Rahm, age 93, died Thursday, July 17, 2014 at The Kent Specialty Care Facility in Kent, CT. He was formerly from Warren, CT, Tafton, PA and Plymouth Meeting, PA. Mr. Rahm was born June 29, 1921 in Conshohoken, PA and was the son of the late John Percy and the late Emma Bell (Whitekettle) Rahm. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 68 years, Mary Virginia (Dirk) Rahm. He leaves his sons: Henry C. Rahm, Jr & his wife, Marilyn of Meshoppen, PA; and Elwood J. (Woody) Rahm & his wife, Claudia of Warren, CT; He also leaves his three granddaughters, Jennifer & husband, Harold Riley; Emily & husband, Terence O'Neil; Whitney & husband, Roy Weldon He had seven loving great grandchildren: Joseph, Joshua, Jameson Riley; Aidan & Hannah O'Neil; Benjamin & Alexander Weldon He was predeceased by his brothers: John, Wilson, and Ellwood Rahm and sisters: Gladys Ruth and Stella Dunakusky. Henry worked many years for the Colonial School District in Plymouth Meeting, PA, retiring as head of custodial services. He was a 69 year member of Fritz Lodge #308 of Conshohocken, PA. He served The Boy Scouts of America for 50 years as Scoutmaster and District Chairman, receiving the Silver Beaver award. He was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church in Hawley, Pa and became a part of the Warren Congregational Church family in CT. Calling hours will be Thursday, July 24th from 9 to 11 AM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA, followed by a Masonic Service at 11:00. Burial will be in Green Gates Cemetery in Hawley, PA. Memorials may be made to Warren Volunteer Fire Co., Sackett Hill, Warren, CT 06754
