Obituary of Marion Alvera Rynar

Marion Alvera Rynar, age 90, of Woodloch Springs, Hawley died Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley in Wilkes Barre.

Mrs. Rynar was born October 24, 1928 in Floral Park, NY and was the daughter of the late Elmer and Sadie (Welsh) Keesler. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward George "Ted" Rynar in 2011 and a brother, Herbert Keesler.

She retired as a switchboard operator for Allstate Insurance in 1992.

Marion was an avid square dancer & traveler. She enjoyed playing cards, golfing at Red Maples in Waymart, and listening to country music, especially Miranda Lambert.

She is survived by one sister: Janice of Long Island, NY.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 4th at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA, from 10 to 11 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11 AM.

Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
