My father was one of the good ones. The best. I miss him everyday but strangely, feel closer to him now than when he was alive. We weren't what people would consider "close" but i never doubted his love for me and i know he never doubted mine. I'm sad to know that he's no longer with us but i take comfort in knowing my daddy's watching over me in death the way he wasn't able to in life. I see him everywhere now....in the sunshine and in the falling rain. In the blooming flowers, in my grandbaby's smile. RIP dad. I'll see you when i get there.

Dear Elaine, It was with great sadness and shock that I heard of Nick's passing. He was such a wonderful man. I know everyone says it, but please, if there is anything that I can do to help you in the coming weeks (months) let me know. This has to feel so unreal right now. Sending you my love - Marilyn

Dear Friends, My wife Carmen and I remember Nick from the days when we were all members of El-Bethel Church on Staten Island. We wish to extend our sympathies to Danny, Julie and the entire family. We are saddened by his sudden passing but we trust in the promises of our Lord and we look to that day when we will all be re-united in Glory. God bless you all.

Elaine,
It must have been DIVINE INTERVENTION meeting you both on your Wedding Cruise to Bermuda all those years ago I had no idea that all these years later- you and Nick have become attached to our souls as our most treasured travel buddies.
Nick and I preferred to sit out the Adventure rides, laughing at the dare-devil souls you and Jeff seemed to share. From Hurricanes in Disney World, to our walks through Savannah and Charleston. There was always non-stop laughter, chatter and FRIENDSHIP that will continue to warm us for the rest of our lives.
I will always remember Nick's handsome smile, and the boyish twinkle in his eyes right before he said something funny. I'm sure as I write this , Nick has been reunited with several cats, dogs, and one bird for sure.
My Deepest Sympathies Dear One. Maryland LOVES you- xo
