Dolores Rita Glauner, age 79, a resident of Lake Ariel died Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Warren Glauner, on July 25, 2000.

 

Born February 26, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lucian Charles and Helen Magdalene (Kuzmac) Hebbard. A Pennsylvania resident for the past 15 years, she lived most of her life in Ohio, primarily in Bay Village. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a retail service manager.

 

She is survived by one son: Jon Glauner of Ohio; her daughter-in-law: Rachel Glauner of Lake Ariel, PA; three grandchildren: Lauren, Nolan and Nathan Glauner; and two sisters: LaVerne and Colleen, both of Ohio.

 

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Daniel J. Glauner, in 2016.

 

Calling hours will be Thursday, September 26, from 4 to 6 PM at Teeters' Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The Memorial Service will follow at 6:00 PM at the funeral home with Deacon Matthew Lorent of BVM Queen of Peace Church officiating.

 

Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.

 

Memorials may be made to charity of the donor's choice
