Joan B. Mininger, age 87, of Lords Valley and formerly of Telford, PA died Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Wayne Woodlands Manor in Waymart. Mrs. Mininger was born May 26, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA and was the daughter of the late William and Myra (Nichols) Boynton. She was predeceased by her first husband, William Reiff in 1964 and second husband, Edward D. Mininger in 1992. She was the former owner of Ed & Joan's Tavern & Crossroads Tavern and later was employed as a secretary for Blooming Grove Township. She was also co-owner with her husband Edward of E.D. Mininger Inc., a family concrete business in Telford, PA. Joan was a member of the Blue Comets Motorcycle Club is Sellersville and was a former member of Christ Lutheran Church in Sellersville, PA. She is survived by three daughters: Robin & her husband,Tim Graham of Menard, TX, Rhonda "Corky" Bryan & her significant other, Denny Bennett of Doylestown, PA and Joani & her husband, Brian Collino of Sterling Heights, MI, granddaughter: Shannon & her husband Danny Skaggs of Greentown, PA and a great grandson: Nicholas J. Skaggs. Private burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Paupack, PA at the convenience of the family.
