Obituary of Kevin Mark Hoover

Kevin Mark Hoover, age 35, of Hawley, died Wednesday, May 13, 2020. Born October 12, 1984 in Scranton, he was the son of Mark Eugene and Karen Ruth (Haring) Hoover. A graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School, Class of 2003, he attended Penn State University. He was the production supervisor for Human Resources Center, Inc., in Beach Lake. He had earlier worked as a salesperson for Best Buy and Gander Mountain. He attended Blooming Grove Baptist Church, was very handy with tools and carpentry, skills he shared with his father and grandfather. From the time he was a little boy, he was always a kind and caring person and his life was centered around his family. He is survived by his wife: Amanda Hoover and her two daughters; his parents: Mark and Karen Hoover of Hawley; his sister: Jessica Hoover and her partner Brian Seymour of Centreville, MD; his Aunt Sherryl & Uncle Mike Cerra; Aunt Margaret Hoover and his cousins: Derek, Nicole and Frank. Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel. A Memorial Service will be held at a future date to be determined.
