Brandon Christopher Nutt, age 19 of Hawley, passed away on March 28th, 2020 due to choking on his favorite food - chicken nuggets. He was born September 8, 2000 in Honesdale. Brandon was a sweet, lovable, funny, happy, adorable, smart boy. He had Down Syndrome, Autism, was non-verbal and had a sleep disorder. He loved when his mom kissed his head, cheek and he thought it was funny to give his mom his feet to kiss while she changed his pull ups. He would give his hand to his mom to kiss and hug her arm so tight. He always made her smile and laugh. He was a funny kid. He didn't have a bad or mean bone in his body and didn't know how to hurt anyone. He loved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Zoboomafoo, Rugrats, the Toy Story Movies, etc. He loved his Ernie that sang and his Elmo guitar that played music. He loved music. He is survived by his devastated, loving, devoted mother, Darlene (Kirmaier) Nutt of Hawley, his father Robert Nutt in Washington State, his siblings: Justin (Stefanie) Fink, Taylor Nutt, (fiance' Dakota), Rob (Annie) Nutt and Vinny Nutt (fiance' Patrinka). He's also survived by his grandmother, Linda Nutt, nieces, nephews, many cousins, aunts and uncles. Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents Herman and Maria Kirmaier, his grandfather Albert Nutt and his brother Christopher Nutt. **Brandon, mommy misses you so much. My heart aches without you and I can't stop crying. Life is not the same and I'm empty without you. Your innocence will forever be missed**
