Catherine M Farrell, age 88, of The Escape, Greentown died Saturday, July 10, 2021 at home.
Born December 28, 1932, in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine (Byrnes) Keenan.
She worked as a seamstress and homemaker. Catherine was the last surviving sibling of seven. A kind and generous soul, she was always more concerned about others before herself.
She is survived by her daughter: Kathleen Farrell and her companion Michael Gilbert Sr. of Greentown; and two grandsons: Michael Gilbert, Jr. of Scranton and Alexander Calvacca of Greentown.
Private cremation was held at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
