Rose Marie Rossitto, “MaMa” to everyone who knew her, passed away suddenly on August 17, 2021, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 2, 1943, in Staten Island, NY, to Giuseppe and Antoinette Cipriani. Rose Marie has been a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for her strength, laughter and fabulous home cooking. MaMa will be missed by all.
Rose Marie leaves behind a loving husband: John C. Rossitto; two sons: David and John Anthony; two daughters-in-law: Beth and Debra; five grandchildren: Gina, Marissa, Alicia, John Louis and John Anthony Jr.; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her family wishes you to know that a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held at a future day and time to be announced.
