Donald Robert Hazen, age 88, of Blooming Grove died Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale.
Mr. Hazen was born August 21, 1933 in Honesdale, PA and was the son of the late Robert Vincent and Mabel (Maier) Hazen.
He served in the Navy during the Korean War and worked at Picatinnay Arsenal.
A member of Good Shepherd RC Church in Blooming Grove and caretaker of the Church for 50 years, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to friends and neighbors.
Calling hours will be Thursday, September 9th from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church, Blooming Grove, Hawley, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30, celebrated by Rev. Edward J. Casey.
Burial will be in B.V.M. Queen Of Peace Cemetery, Hawley.
