I'm so deeply sorry for this incredibly huge loss for your family. I am one of Vicky Jo's Barker street neighbors. She lived on the same floor as me. Vicky Jo was a wonderful woman who was full of life and laughter. She never ever had one bad thing to say about anyone and never subscribed to the drama that goes on here in this apartment building. I know she absolutely adored her kids and her beautiful grandchildren. She was always so very proud of all of you and really enjoyed her time with you. Family was very important to Vicki. She will be sorely missed. Fly high Vicki Jo!!
