Phyllis D Nugent, age 80, of Fawn Lake Forest, Hawley died Monday, January 17, 2022 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale.
Mrs. Nugent was born September 1,1941 in Upper Darby, PA and was the daughter of the late Theodore and Helvig (Hansen) Aaronsen. She was predeceased by her husband, Frederick H Nugent in April of 2021.
She was a Registered Nurse at Staten Island Hospital. Phyllis was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Staten Island, NY.
She is survived by one daughter: Christine Azzarella of Hawley, PA; one son & daughter-in-law, Matthew & Jada Nugent of Lake Ariel, PA; three grandchildren, Laynee, Weston, Linden; sister-in-law, Clarrisa O'Konsky of Breinigsville, PA.
Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
