Ruth L. Maydosz, age 96, of Gouldsboro died Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at home.
Mrs. Maydosz was born September 8, 1925, in Lords Valley, PA and was the daughter of the late Royal G. and Sarah Ellen (Perry) Quick. She was predeceased by her husband, William Leopold Maydosz in 1989 and two sisters: Thelma Ernst and Barbara Slifko.
She retired as a secretary for Lords Valley Country Club in 1987. Ruth loved to read and travel. She was a graduate of Hawley High School class of 1941 and always enjoyed attending the reunion each year.
She is survived by two daughters: Victoria Kusiak and her husband Joseph of Gouldsboro, PA and Kathryn Maydosz of Gouldsboro, PA, and one son: Jeffrey Maydosz and his wife Mary Beth of Alexandria, VA; two grandchildren: Will Maydosz and Robin Maydosz.
Private cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
