Obituary of James Grover Kober

James Grover Kober, age 78, of Greeley died Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center in Lake Ariel.
Mr. Kober was born May 1, 1944, in Butler, PA and was the son of the late Grover and Julia (Kaminskus) Kober. He was also predeceased by his sister, Julie.
James served in the Marine Corps and was a truck driver.
He was a member of Knights of Columbus at St. Anne's RC Church in Shohola, PA and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Ashland, PA.
He is survived by one son: James Kober and his wife, Ildiko of Hawley, PA; two grandsons Michael and Stephen and one brother and sister-in-law: John and Gail Kober.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 29th at 2 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 507 Church St, Hawley.
Inurnment will be in St. Vincent DePaul Church Cemetery in Frackville, PA.
