Obituary of Nancy E. Domas

Nancy E. Domas, age 80, of Greeley died Monday, January 16, 2023, at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center, Lake Ariel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Domas, in 2001. Born May 15, 1942, in Sutton, NE, Nancy was the daughter of the late Donald Anthony and Doris (Joyce) Richter. Formerly of Long Valley, NJ, she was the school nurse at Warren County Vocational Technical School until her retirement in 2006. An avid gardener, Nancy enjoyed spending her winters in Costa Rica. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Matthew and Christine Domas of Lackawaxen; two grandchildren: Kyle and Kelly Domas; two sisters: Susan Gardiner and Jane Sandberg; one brother: Robert Richter; and her longtime companion: Robert Smith of Greeley. She was predeceased in death by a daughter, Rachel Domas; a sister, Linda Lewis; and a brother, Peter Richter. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 19, from 5 to 8 PM at Teeters' Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. There will be a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 20, at BVM Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 314 Chestnut Ave, Hawley, celebrated by Rev. Richard W. Beck, Pastor. Burial will be in German Valley Rural Cemetery, Long Valley, NJ.
