Ken and I were so shocked and saddened to see this news. We were regulars from the time the Subway opened. Always looked forward to seeing Theresa.
When we moved eight years ago we truly missed her, and would make a special trip over there when we were in town.
She was such a hard worker and was passionate about her kids. Her face radiated with pleasure when she talked about them. She’d share pictures with us and tell us how proud she was of them.
Our condolences to her family. She will be missed. ❤️

Theresa we had our ups and downs but what siblings didn’t? That was just us and our relationship. We were the feisty siblings, it’s been one week today you left. Now who am I going to plan vacation trips with and create memories with besides my own family ? I have to do it all alone. Whenever we went out we always had fun the swapping of the kids I take the boys and you take the girls. What we are planning for fancy deserts on trips and decorating our frozen yogurts and tasting each others just all around fun. I am going to miss so much about you. The vacations, the lunches, my famous chopped salad you made for me, the bond you had with the kids I just can’t picture this. Until we meet again enjoy being with our baby sister ❤️

My memories with Theresa just keep flowing and flowing, I can’t focus in on and just one without another passing through. In the 8+ years that we best friends we were literally inseparable. The few times we strayed from each other can be counted on one hand, somehow we always found our way back; closer each time. Sadly this time it wasn’t soon enough. And my heart hurts so badly.
You really did more for me then you’ll ever know, more than I’ll ever be able to tell you. I watched you be such a wonderful mother to your children for years and years, I never knew how much you were teaching me until I had my own daughter.
You showed me the meaning of a true friendship. I never had to do anything alone and I knew that for a fact, I never had to question if you had my back or would be there with me no matter what the situation. You had a keen sense for when to be sarcastic and when to be realistic, quick witted and fast to come back I knew I’d never win a sarcasm battle with you.
No matter where we were you made sure everyone was having good time, you let me be there for so many moments with your family;
Jacob learning to swim, Leah’s school functions, birthdays, celebrations, and so much more.
I met your family, and love them all so much. You even let me visit Laura with you, sometimes I’d even go myself.
You knew so many people from the time you spent in subway and just from years of being a bubbly, outgoing, beautiful person inside and out.
We had so much fun from my 21s birthday party, to your family bbqs, the kids birthdays (nieces and nephews as well), planning party’s, baby showers, your wedding, and just all of our last minute adventures like the beach with the kids, dorney with Katie, dress shopping, the zoo, Leah’s hoe down and Jacobs party’s and play dates. We did everything together for years and I wouldn’t change it for the world, you really did and always will mean so much to me and hold such a big part of my heart. I’m so sorry I couldn’t help you in a bigger way, and I hope that one day we’ll meet again and I can finally tell you just how much you’ve always meant to me. Until then play nice with Laura, watch over your family, and don’t forget you told me “if I was a ghost I’d f**k with everyone!”
I sure hope you f**k with me.

Theresa,
You were an amazing, generous, intelligent woman. You were a part of our family. You gave me the best advice and loved seeing pictures of the children. Every time I posted pictures of the children I knew you would say something. I wish I would of told you how much I appreciated you for all that you have done for my father and I. You always looked out for people and had a big heart. Your life was your family and subway. You loved them very much and was very proud of all of your accomplishments. We shared some memories at subway and had some great times while working together. I’m going to miss you and subway will never be the same without you. Fly high beautiful.
