Obituary of Robert Allen Williams Sr.

Robert " RJ" Allen Williams Sr, age 60, a longtime resident of Wayne County, died unexpectedly, Friday, July 29,2022. He is survived by his former wife Sharon Williams, wife of 35 years, his daughter Jordyn Williams, Caroline "Rustay" Williams and brothers and sisters. He is predeceased by his late son Robert Williams Jr, who passed away March 29, 1997 and his father John Williams. Robert was born on August 2, 1961, in Phillipsburg, NJ and was the son of Caroline Rustay and the late John Williams. Rob has worked in construction for over 30 years and owned his own company, RJ Williams Construction. Most knew him as “RJ”. He’s been a Cowboys Football Fan since he was a child, he also enjoyed Nascar, fishing, hunting and a nice cold beer of Budweiser. No matter what, he always had a Budweiser in his hand. A private cremation was held at the Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel and service will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please raise a Budweiser in memory of him at the next Cowboys game and donate to a Drug Addiction charity of your choice.
