Pop,
In life we meet that one person who makes an impact on our lives. You were that one person in mine. Thank you for all the great times and memories that we have shared. And thank you for being my father figure through all these years. You were the smartest and most loving man I have ever known. You will be missed by every one who was graced by your presence.
Your Son In Law,
Frank

Mr.Brill
To hear of your passing hurt my heart ..not just for your family but for mine as well. I feel honored to have had the pleasure of meeting you and being welcomed into your family. I will miss your smile, your hello hug when I would stop in to visit to see Becky (thank you for being her dad). I will miss your stories and wisdom in just about every topic I could think of.
It's been an honor and a privilege just knowing you. You will be dearly missed by all.
Please continue to watch over us in heaven as you did here on earth. Rest easy Mr.Jim
Xo,Jaime

Go rest High on that Mountain. You and Dad were my heroes. I grew up wanting to do everything you did. Wanted to learn everything you knew. I can't thank you enough for everything you did for me and all you taught me. No amount of writing could ever express that. The days and nights we all spent hunting and fishing together are the happiest memories I have. You and Dad instilled in me such a deep rooted love for the outdoors. It follows me every step of this life I lead. You and dad were there for my first buck and we've talked about almost every hunt Ive been on between now and then including the last buck I shot... that phone call meant everything to me. I just didnt know that would be the last time i spoke to you. I know I'll always have you with me no matter where I am. And I'll never forget the lessons you taught me, in life, in how to love, and how to be a good man. You were one of the best men I've ever known and had the privilege to call you pap. You were an amazing husband, dad, grandpa, friend, mentor, American, and over all... the type of man I want to be. I hope I can live up to the example you set and make you proud everyday. You left us all with heavy but very full hearts. I'm so sorry I wasn't there with you but I know you knew my heart and mind were in that room with you.. I write this watching the sunset and knowing your up there at home. Rest In Peace Pap. I love you and I'll see you in the Promised Land.

Dad,
There are no words to express how much you mean to us and how much you will be missed. You have been such an amazing inspiration to all that have had the pleasure of having you in their lives. You were kind, loving, fair, and a great role model for all. No one will ever be able to fill your shoes. But you gave us the knowledge and wisdom to succeed. It has been my absolute honor to call you Dad. Till we meet again in Heaven, I love you. Tawny

What Does It Mean When the Last Leaf Falls
Is it just the beginning
Or the bitter ending
Of what we once knew
Of the best time we ever saw.
Wish I knew
What God has in store
For next chapter of life
That we must endure.
Guess I'll find out soon enough
If it will be easier
Or just as rough.
Whatever God's plan will be
I will always know
That his miracle
In leaves and trees
And life and love
Will always remain
Inside of me.
Because of his innocence
And honesty and unselfishness,
He has gained all my respect;
The true way
That we all should be raised
With no shame
And the Lord shall be praised
With James Emerson Brill
As His best angel,
For the last of the fallen leaves
On the winter ground
Once again will always protect.

Dad, only God knows how much strength you have given me on a daily basis. You've given me the strength to carry on while I was at the lowest time of my life, and because of your wisdom and kind soft-spoken words, I would make the right choice. You made me realize the importance of respect, both given and received. You taught me to understand, listen and learn. You taught me tolerance and lots of patience. You taught me to be honest, tried and true. That is an awesome recipe for a good, healthy, happy and comfortable life. You are by far the best man I could have asked for as a father. You gave me faith, and everyone needs faith. And with that faith, I know I will see you again in heaven. Until then, sail on, sailor. I love you daddy.
