Stella Elmira Miller, age 93, a lifelong resident of Hawley died Monday, August 26, 2024.
Mrs. Miller was born October 20, 1930, in Uswick, PA and was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna (Edwards) Williams. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Enos Miller in 2001 and three brothers, Walter, George and Ernest Williams and four sisters, Cecilia Knapp, Mary Gibbs, Gladys Brink and Stella's twin sister, Idella Rollison.
She worked in a sweater factory.
Stella liked to read the newspaper and do crossword puzzles.
She is survived by two daughters: Pauline Ashby of Huntsville, AL and Linda Repsher of Hawley, PA, three grandchildren, Stacy Ashby, Stephanie Ashby and Gary Repsher; four great grandchildren, Lex, Tyler, Savannah & Kailyn.
Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
