Bernard J. Singer, age 84, of Hawley passed away peacefully at home with his beloved wife by his side on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Born February 24, 1940, in Honesdale, Bernie was the son of the late Clinton and Mary (Duffy) Singer. A lifelong Hawley resident, he attended Hawley High School. He married the former Janet M. Kyzer on June 28, 1958.

Bernie was the foreman at Seams in White Mills until his retirement. He was also a member of Hawley United Methodist Church. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years: Janet M. Singer; his sister-in-law: Sarah Manhart of Harrisburg, PA; and many nieces and nephews.

Per Bernie's wishes, there will be no funeral services. Private cremation will be held at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.
