Randy Lynne Wells, age 76, of Hawley died Friday, October 18, 2024, at Allied Services Hospice Center in Scranton. Ms. Wells was born February 7, 1948, in Honesdale, PA and was the daughter of the late William A. and Edith Loretta (Kelly) Wells. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters, Hazel Martin and Rose Wells and two brothers, George and William Wells. Prior to retirement, she was a bookkeeper/secretary for many years at B & R Garage in Hawley. Randy was a former member of Forest Volunteer Fire Department for many years and was the secretary/treasurer for Mt. Moriah Cemetery Association. She was an avid reader, and her lifelong love of horses began when she first read her very favorite book, The Black Stallion. She is survived by two sisters: Edith Edsall Granville of Bethany, PA and Barbara Herzog of Lakeville, PA, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Thursday, October 24th from 9 to 10:30 AM at Teeters' Funeral Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA, followed by the funeral service at 10:30 AM with Pastor Dan Baker, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kimbles. Memorials may be made to Hawley Public Library, 103 Main Ave., Hawley, PA 18428
