I have nice memories of Jimmy's dad. Mr. Ferrara was always a great guy to talk with. So very friendly and giving. Tho' I'm sure he must've shaken his head a few times knowing what we were up to way back when. I'll always remember him as a true gentleman. Rest in Peace, Mr. Ferrara.

James will be greatly missed by me and the WAHS Players. He was a long-time supporter of the arts and the WAHS Players. It is sad to think he will not sit in our audience again. I have many fond memories of James watching his beautiful granddaughter Gabriella performing in countless shows. Long after, Gabby's graduation, James continued to grace our audiences. He will not be forgotten!

We have known Jim for 7 years (maybe more?). Jim loved to bowl and he loved to call on me to correct his scores or his bowling on the wrong lane or what ever else went wrong with the computer or lanes. We enjoyed each others company on Wednesday. Jim ound out that I had an opening on my team for the winter league and decided to bowl with us. Reading his accomplishments it is hard to believe that this is the quiet Jim that we enjoyed.
We will miss Jim and are praying for comfort for the families grief.
God bless.

Years ago Mr & Mrs Ferrara's home was a lunch stop for me on the drive from Virginia to Massachusetts. I have very fond memories of those visits and also of visits in Maine. I always enjoyed their company, and the way Big Jim sometimes spoke my name with a Yiddish twist! He will be missed. Cathy & I send our sincerest condolences.

As apples do not fall far from the tree so the Ferrara family reflects the gift of love and kindness they received from their father James. I will always will remember the gift of trust and acceptance he bestowed on me when I was a young college kid, such respect I had for him then and I will forever and ever. There must be a special place in heaven for dads like James Ferrara. My heart and prayers go out to Elfriede and the Ferrara family. God Bless you all.
