George Edward Coach, age 76, of Lake Florence, Hawley died Sunday, December 21, 2003 at Community Medical Center, Scranton.
Mr. Coach was born January 9, 1927 at Wilkes-Barre, PA the son of the late George E. and the late Julia (Nargaski) Coach. He married Mary Jane Helen Seacrist 57 Years ago.
He served in the Army from to during World War II .
He was employed by Stroehmann Bakeries, Norristown, PA, For 35 Years
Mr. Coach was a Former President of Lake Florence Assoc.;
in recent years, Mr. & Mrs. Coach shared their time between Hawley & Bonita Springs, FL. They were both members of the Bonita Springs Village Band.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Jane Helen (Seacrist) Coach, three daughters: Pam Morrison of Westlake, OH, Grace Stolle of Bryson City, NC, Mary Jane Myers of Rushland, PA and one son: Michael Coach of Penn's Park, PA
Brothers are Jack Coach of Wilkes-barre, PA, Robert Coach of Wilkes-barre, PA
Calling hours will be Saturday from 8:30AM at TEETERS' Funeral Chapel, Inc., 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 at Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 319 Chestnut Ave, Hawley where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Rev. William B. Healey, Pastor.
Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, Lakeville on Saturday.
