Obituary of Edward Everett Hoffmann, Jr.

Edward Everett Hoffmann, Jr., age 88, of 122 Mayfair Ave., Floral Park died Sunday, January 4, 2004 at New Milford Hospital, New Milford. Mr. Hoffmann, Jr. was born November 10, 1915 at Brooklyn, NY the son of the late Edward and the late Henrietta (Greve) Hoffmann. He served in the Army Air Corps from to during World War II . He was retired from Exxon Corp. In NYC Headquarters For 42 Years in 1983. He was married to the former Edith Ritzer. She predeceased him 1985. He is survived by two sons: Paul Everett Hoffmann of Newtown, Glenn Edward Hoffmann of Blooming Grove Twp., PA Grandchildren, Gretchen, Matthew, Olivia Hoffmann of Newtown, CT A Memorial Service will be scheduled in the spring. The Service will be held at the Paupack United Methodist Church, Rt 507, with Rev. Robert B. Kolvik-Campbell Pastor officiating.
