Frederick F. Kropf, age 76, of RR 1 Box 5847, Hawley died Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at At Home..
Mr. Kropf was born March 8, 1927 at Brooklyn, NY the son of the late Frederick and the late Stefani (Engele) Kropf.
He served in the Navy from 1945 to 1946 during World War II, served on USS Los Angeles in the Pacific.
He was a retired employee of Pulici Gas & Oil
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Helen M. (Hiris) Kropf
Five daughters: Marie Weinberger of Honesdale, PA, Helen Winkelblech of Hawley, PA, Stephanie Dillmuth of Milford, PA, Diana Kropf of Hawley, PA and daughter & son-in-law, Mr & Mrs. Louis Margaret Gocek of Peckville, PA
Predeceased by a granddaughter Christina Dillmuth in 1998
Calling hours will be Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at TEETERS' First Chapel, Inc., 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30 at Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 319 Chestnut Ave, Hawley where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Rev. William B. Healey, Pastor.
Burial will be in Queen Of Peace Cemetery, Hawley
