Ruth Eleanor Vogel, age 82, of Mt. View Care Center, Scranton died Monday, July 5, 2004 at Mt. View Care Center, Scranton.
Mrs. Vogel was born October 22, 1921 at Philadelphia, PA the daughter of the late Charles and the late Catherine (Oswald) Beyer.
She was employed as a Worker by A&P Supermarket.
Mrs. Vogel was a former member of Hawley Senior Citizens Group.
She is survived by two daughters: Ruth Cassidy of Warminister, PA, Nancy Spencer of Mt. Cobb, PA
Grandson, James Cassidy of Weston, FL; Granddaughter, Jennifer Sherwood of Tunkhannock, PA; Grandson, Christopher Cassidy of E. Stroudsburg, PA
Calling hours will be Thursday July 8, 2004 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Grace Episcopal Church, Ninth & Church Sts, Honesdale, PA. The funeral will be Thursday July 8th at 10:00 AM at Grace Episcopal Church, Ninth & Church Sts, Honesdale with Rev. Michael Fill, Former Rector officiating.
Burial will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville.
