David Ronald Head, age 42, of Ridge Ave., Hawley died Sunday, September 5, 2004 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.
Mr. Head was born October 4, 1961 at Honesdale, PA the son of Ronald Head and Mary (Swinger) Hickey.
He was self employed as a boat mechanic.
He is survived by one son: David C. Head of Hawley. His fiancee Keri Reiss of Allentown, PA. His mother Mary (Swinyer) Hickey of Hawley and his father Ronald of Greentown
Three sisters: Sandy Quick of Hawley, PA, Theresa Bates of Honesdale, PA, Ellen Hickey of Hawley, PA and one brother: Steven Head of Hawley, PA
Calling hours will be Thursday Sept 9, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at TEETERS' East Chapel, Inc., 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. The funeral will be Friday Sept 10, 2004 at 10:00AM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley with Rev. William B. Healey, Pastor Queen of Peace RC Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Green Gates Cemetery, Hawley
