Obituary of Margaret Gnecco

Margaret Gnecco, age 76, Lakeville, died Saturday, January 1, 2005, at home. Born June 5, 1928, in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of Margaret E. (Kennedy) Conlin of Jersey City and the late Michael J. Conlin. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Arthur J. Gnecco,on Nov. 21, 2004.
She retired after many years in Customer Service at Caesars Cove Haven Resort. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and served with the Ritz Company Playhouse for a number of years.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters: Madeline Brignola of Toms River, NJ, and Patricia Ann Edmondson of Hawley, PA; three brothers: Michael Conlin of Union Beach, NJ, John Conlin of Carteret, NJ, and Edward Conlin of Keansburg, NJ; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick John Conlin.
Calling hours will be Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at TEETERS' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 9:45 at Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 319 Chestnut Ave, Hawley, with Rev. William B. Healey, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Queen Of Peace Cemetery, Hawley.
