Lillian was a classy woman who was very bright, efficient and hard-working. She was respected by all of us who ever worked with her, encountered her at a bloodmobile or met her at any of her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren's school events.
She will be missed by this community.

I had the privilege of knowing Mrs. Seeley as the kindest voice on the phone whenever I called the administration office at Wallenpaupack. For years, she greeted oh so benevolently the walkers at the Relay for LIfe. The family, I am so certain will miss her uniqueness and her positive spin on everything. Please accept my sincerest sympathy. Ellen Strauskulage

Dear Claude, Maryjo, Susan and families,
Knowing your mom I know she fought a valiant battle - I will always remember here for her strength, faith and compassion.
Her passing will leave a void that will always be there - It's been three years since Ray's passing and the void is still there but not quite as constant - Your children and grandchildren will help to keep you busy and that will help all of you through - listen to those little kids talk about Lillian and that will help all to heal.
Recently my grandson Connor who lives in Ct told me it wasn't fair that grandpa died because he didn't get to spend as much time with him as the other kids - words of wisdom form an eight year old.
God bless and keep believing.

I have many wonderful memories of going to the "lake" as a child to see Aunt Sis and Uncle Claude. We always played in the trailer in the back of Aunt Sis's house which now is my Mom & Dad's place. They are so grateful to be there. As an adult I have made few trips back to PA but was welcomed to stay and enjoy the lake cabin. Aunt Sis is a wonderful person who has given such good to so many in her family and community. Uncle Claude, I'm sending all our love, Sharon

I have many favorite memories of Aunt Lillian (more lovingly known to many of us as Aunt Sis or Sis). She worked at the school, so all of us cousins, brothers and sisters saw her quite a bit there. We spent so many wonderful summers and holidays out a Seeley's Landing. It was "the place" to be when we were growing up. Aunt Lillian and Uncle Claude went everywhere together. I remember how they seemed so in love, and to care so deeply for one another. They were role models for hard work, and community involvement..and looking out for family. She always looked nice, dressed nice...and was a true lady. She wore many hats, but everyone whom she came in contact with was left with something wonderful. I wondered how she did it all sometimes. Aunt Lillian,...you will be missed so much. You touched our lives and impacted who we all are in some small way. I will forever remember your angelic smile, and your abundant love for your family and friends. Our tears are of grief and sadness, but also of the endearing hope and love that we shall see you again someday..and until then, St. Peter better take good care of you...and we all know you will be watching from the heavens and checking up on us now and then. We love you very much. Here's to you "Aunt Sis"...and we will see you on the other side. Love, Karoline.

I have memories with Aunt Lil from the time your family came to Hawaii to visit when I was a little girl to her trip to Texas to see my family as an adult (and a couple trips to a special place in NJ over the past few years). I will always have a special bond with her because my middle name is Lillian.

I just read of Lillian's passing this evening and so have missed her funeral. Lillian was one of the nicest people I have ever met, I always enjoyed chatting with her at the Relays, and it was a pleasure to have known her. My condolences to her family. We will be sending a donation to the Tafton F&R in her memory.
