Grandpa you always knew best. You held the pole while I reeled in. You taught me how to string, hook, and cast. You taught me that a real fisherman uses worms, not lures. Then you put the hook through them for me, because I didn't want to hurt them. Oh and you were right there with the pliers to cut me lose when I got caught on the bottom and in the trees. An never got mad no matter how many times I did so. Grandpa you taught me how to fish and so much more. I love you so much! We said good-bye to you today for the last time, until one day when we meet again. I know now that you are our guardian angel looking over this family. Please save me a spot in heaven beside you, so that one day we may go fishing again.
