My brothers Bill and Jim worked with Henry, and some of my fondest memories are going to the famous A&P with my dad, and Henry was always there. Another Hawley icon for sure! Thanks for being a part of my wonderful memories Henry!
My sincere condolences to Barry and the entire Vasisko family, some of my earliest and fondest memories of Hawley are of shopping at the A&P with my Mom and Mr Vasisko asking me about hunting or telling me hunting stories as he checked out our groceries. He will be missed.
Dear Bob, We met this summer at the class reunion and we spoke of Henry then. He and my cousin, Clarence Martin, were classmates and I remember Henry well. I will tell James Martin, another cousin, of his passing. My sympathy to you and his family.
Barry, Bonnie and family.... So sorry to hear of Henry's passing. My '60s summer job at the old Hawley A&P was always more enjoyable due to Henry's wit and humor. He was just the nicest guy to know and work with. Will have the fondest memories of him. May he rest in peace with the saints who have gone on before.
I wanted to say goodbye to another snuftown resident;may all of the great memories that you have of your Dad give you peace and comfort at this difficult time.I am glad that I had an opportunity to know Henry
