I worked with Vinny years ago in NY and he was one of the most honest and fair bosses I've ever known. He treated me like family and was extremely devoted to his own family. He was truly a good and very decent person and I'll definitely miss him. My condolences to his family and friends.
Thanks for everything "Sarge" ! R.I.P.

I was saddened to learn of Vinny's passing. I worked with him at Noonan's in the eighties. He was my manager for several years and I was in his car pool (at least when I didn't wake up late).
Vinny could make you crazy but had a great sense of humor and was one of the most decent people I have ever known. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends.

Vinny was a great man and mentor to me at Noonans. Men like him made it possible for guys like me (Streets of Brooklyn) to hold ourselves to a hire standard. He will be missed by all that knew him,
