Nicholas Prumatico, Jr, age 70, of The Hideout, Lake Ariel died Saturday, December 22, 2018, at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton. He is survived by his wife, Laura A. (Fazzari) Prumatico.

 

Born March 20, 1948, in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Gaetana Mulvina (Ferrito) Prumatico. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University. Prior to his retirement in 2013, he worked as a financial examiner specializing in insurance auditing. Nick was a member of member of the Society of Financial Examiners, The Hideout Adult Social Group and loved to golf.

 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter: Christine Parisi of Oak Ridge, NJ; one son: Nicholas Prumatico III of Totowa, NJ; one sister: Roberta Panovec of Maine; and three grandchildren: Kayla Raine Parisi, Tyler Parisi and Gavin Prumatico.

 

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 12, at 2:45 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley, PA, with Deacon Matthew Lorent of BVM Queen of Peace RC Church officiating.. Calling hours will be from 11 AM until 2:45 PM at the funeral home.

 

Private cremation was held at the convenience of the family.
