I worked at EMHHC and with "Dewey". She was such a wonderful person, full of information and laughs. I am sorry for you, her family, as she loved you and I know you will miss her. I still remember the stories of her, George and the sheriff's dept. she would tell me. Her, George, will be glad to have her back! Deby Gumpper

So many visits each year as I grew up, I remember going up stairs in gram's house. The tapestry and ornate furniture was like being in another time. Wonderful family dinners. Aunt Rhoda's infectious laugh. Her enthusiasm and story telling. She was always happy that we spent time with her. I called and wrote but lost her contact as the years passed. God Bless you Aunt Rhoda. You are missed. May you keep your flower beds full of blooms.

Rhoda and George were our downstairs neighbors when we lived at 706 Church Street, in Hawley, back in the 50's, early 60's. They were both very friendly and, I'm sure, very patient. Anyone with 2 adults and 7 kids living above them would have to be!! Thanks for being a great neighbor, Rhoda. Rest in Peace.
