I first met Frank when I was at Ben Franklin in 1956 . I enjoy him as principal at Woodrow Wilson and was in the first graduating class that went through first 3 years at Woodrow Wilson, class of 1962

He was loved by many. We first met Frank when my husband and I were at Ben Franklin. We continued to enjoy his being principal at Woodrow Wilson and were thrilled to be the first graduating class. I was honored to help type his Doctorate. Enjoyed seeing him at some of our class reunions. We recently celebrated our 60th. R.I.P. - you have earned it. ❤️
