I am so sorry to hear of Bobbi’s passing I didn’t know. I knew her for a lot of years. I even used to babysit Lisa. Later I was doing her hair at Barb Wallace Hair Designs until I left there a few years ago! I am so sorry for everyone’s loss. My prayers & thoughts are with you all!

I grew up in West Islip with Barbara Ann. Her family moved to Namdac Avenue when we were going into the fourth grade. When I heard of her passing, all of my childhood memories of her and I came rushing back..standing on the crossbar of the swing set singing “Casey would waltz with the strawberry blond and the band played on..”. We shared so many memories like when April was born an she told me not to tickle her feet because it would damage her brain. Hahaha. I loved your mom, even after all these years. My sincerest condolences to your entire family and to your extended families.

So sad to hear about this. We first met Bobbi about 33 years ago when her soon-to-be husband Bob brought her out to Long Island. When she didn't panic at the screaming, people running through the hallways of their hotel, and intermittent gunshots, I took that to be a good sign. She was such a good match for Bob. Their joy together was obvious and contagious. If Bob is speeding around heaven with Bobbi now in his "Continental," I can hear him shout out, "I don't know where we're going but we're making good time." We will miss her.
