I am a classmate of Fred’s (1968)
and remember spending many hours in Mr Ed James Art classes with Fred who was quite talented and artistic.
I remember when he said he planned on attending Pratt Institute to pursue a degree. Fred was a quality Builder for decades and a Fireman as well … always a giving person
