Cookie was an amazing rock to every one she came in contact with in her life. She had such a passion to help people she had the biggest heart I know. Her and I became friends over 20yrs ago when I was hired to work at Citgo station in Lake Ariel pa. We bonded the moment we met it was instant. She was there with we through many tragic moments in my life she told my mom just before she passed she would take care of me as if I were her daughter and that promise she kept and it went far beyond. She was my rock when my son passed I don’t know what I would have done without her, and life now without her in fact will leave an empty hole in our hearts without her. There is no one I’ve ever met that ever had a bad word to say about Cookie., then again knew better to even try I’m sure she is an Angel now flying in heaven free from the pain here on earth that she did not deserve. She is at peace with her son Jim and her brother and the many people she has lost throughout the years. I will forever love her and keep our memories close to my heart and all of the life’s lessons she had passed to me. I pray for her family and other friends that although we miss her here know that she will always be with each of us try and take comfort in knowing through our memories with her will keep her spirit alive in all of us.
