Victor J Vogel, age 84, of Milestone Estates, Hawley died Friday, June 2, 2023, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale.
Mr. Vogel was born December 10, 1938, in Paterson, NJ and was the son of the late Victor and Irma (Donath) Vogel. He was also predeceased by a brother, Robert A. Vogel.
Victor grew up in Haledon, NJ, and was a project engineer for Mosler Co. He earned over 15 patents. Victor was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years: Donna (Marvin) Vogel, one daughter: Susan J Vogel of Hawley, PA and one son: Jeffrey J Vogel of Camino, CA; one granddaughter, Chloe Vogel of Camino, CA; one sister: Marilyn Van Lenten of Abbottstown, PA and Sally, his beloved pet pug.
Per the family's request the service will be private.
