Dennis, Adam and family.... So sorry to hear of Sara's passing. From what I've read, heaven has surely gained another sweet angel! I know she's having quite a family reunion with her mom (one of my childhood Church Street friends!) and all those gone on before! May your faith in our Lord Jesus Christ sustain you, give you hope, and never let you forget that you will see Sara again!

Our family has known Sara since birth. Always loving and loved beyond measure, she grew up surrounded by a large extended family and friends who were treated like family. As friends we were included in all kinds of gatherings, several different boat weekends and hospitality beyond measure.
Always full of fun, and feistiness, Sara grew into a uniquely talented and compassionate woman. At every age she had a goal to accomplish and the determination to make it happen with a smile on her face.
Though she is gone from us much too soon, know that Sara packed lots of life in her years. If you are reading these memories in the future and didn’t get a chance to know her, she would want you to be yourself, be kind, follow your dreams, and have faith in yourself.
We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to all. May God and vibrant memories give you comfort and strength.

Sara truly was like a big sister to me. We were office neighbors at Banks and she was the kindest, funniest, most sincere, tell-you-like-it-is person. I am so thankful I had a chance to know her. She was the first person at the office I told when I found out I was pregnant and listened to me vent about pregnancy pains and celebrate when we could feel the baby kick or move. When my son was born she reached out to me all the time to check in and see how we were doing and was so excited when I came back from maternity leave. We always shared funny videos (especially cat videos) and had the same taste in movies and TV shows. She was the first person I would go to for anything and I will miss her every day. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I wish you peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love during this difficult time.

Sara was a beautiful lady both inside and out. She lit up the room with her gorgeous smile and the joy and energy and love for life she emanated. A wonderful daughter, wife, mother sister and beloved friend. She will be forever in the hearts of so many. Keep singing in the choir of angels until we all meet again.

Sara and I had gotten close over the past year. We had lots of fun together… from lounging at the pool, neighborhood block parties, football nights in the driveway, and video games with the family. I will miss her light and bright energy. I’m so sad to hear she is gone. Our condolences to Adam & her 2 beautiful children.

Sara and Adam were two of our first friends when my late husband, Mike, and I moved to Telluride. I remember being out to dinner with them at Smugglers not long after we came to town. Someone came in to announce the first snow fall of the season and the whole bar cheered. Only in a ski town! My favorite memory is camping with Adam, Sara and their family at Lake McPhee and shooting potato guns into the lake. So many fun memories. Lots of love and light to you, Adam, and to your family.

Sara was a perfect addition to our team at work. She came on board and jumped in with both feet, never looking back. Her kind heart made her the go-to person for so many when they needed to talk about personal or workplace problems. She had such a caring heart and always works to make sure that her fellow co-workers were ok. It was obvious how much she loved her family and friends by the way she talked about them. My heart and prayers go out to them. At work, we loved her work ethic and enthusiasm for life. She could always find something to laugh or smile about to lighted the day. When she won our first ever chili cook-off, she wore the winner's apron proudly! She assisted with buying Christmas gifts for less-fortunate children and did so with a cheerful heart. I pray she is with her mom now and looking down on all of us with her beautiful smile. God bless her family.

It’s been a long time, she was truly very special, and no amount of time could change the imprint she left on my heart. We connected in drama and speech and debate. She was my first duo partner. We did a Play called, "Enter Laughing." She played a beautiful actress who's fabulously over the top trying to seduce my character to take a role in a bad play. In the scene he is in love with everything her character did and said. For me it wasn't acting. Sara captivated me. I loved to work with her. She made you laugh and made you look good. My admiration goes beyond the stage. At parties she welcomed me and never judged. She had a magnetic charisma. A beautifully loving and sharp humor. I remember she was having a hard time senior year and beyond, she would confide in me at times. I don’t know why. Maybe we trusted each other’s loyalty and commitment to friendship. We ran into each other a few times after high school. I would light up just to see her- I knew it was going to be a better night because she was there. She thanked me once for being there for her. In truth I didn’t really know I had done anything. Each time I would see her it was truly like trying on a familiar pair of pants or favorite T-shirt. It is no surprise that Sara leaves behind a sea of loyal hearts and adoring fans.
I lift her up and wish peace and comfort to you and all who knew and loved her best.
