It was exciting when my baby brother Tom was born on Washington's Birthday. We shared our lives from Jackson Street to the Lake. Tom was energetic, creative, and courageous. We had many wonderful talks, ending with both of us saying I love you. My son, John and I share sweet memories of Tom's kindness and compassion. He was genuine and authentic--the family touchstone. Tom loved sailing, and sailed through many storms to clear water.
Sail on, with God's grace, dear Brother.
