My dear Denise, I remember you as a beautiful and very happy baby and young girl. We have kept in touch through FB and your lovely and generous comments always made me smile and reminded me of what a wonderful soul you have and how lucky we are to have you in our family. Dear Cousin Denise, our world has been much better because you have been a part of it. Denise you made everyone happy with your presence; your parents and grandparents, your uncles and aunts, your sister and brothers, your husband, your daughter, your son and everyone else in your family, wether they were living close to you or far away like us. You are forever in our hearts. Beloved Denise, Rest in Peace in the Love of God, in the name of JesusChrist and the Holy Spirit. Amen. You will never be forgotten. Cousin Madeline and Aunt Caridad, Cousins: Michael, Sara, Sofía and Marisa.

When I was first diagnosed with Lymphoma last Spring, Denise was one of the first to reach out and share her story and her strength. Her grace, kindness, generosity, and willingness to lift others when they needed it the most made her magic. Thinking of the entire Brindle family and wishing all peace.
From my daughter Sophie ‘30. “I spent time with Mrs. Brindle when I was at the NI. She knew when my friends and me needed help or were having a rough time. I’m in 6th grade now, Mrs. Brindle’s smile or wave always closed out my school day, when I passed her to get on the bus. I will miss seeing her very much.”

I met Denise (your beloved mother and wife) so many years ago when my son, Tyler Hertzog, played baseball with Chris. Little did I know back than how special of a friend she would later become to me-
My two little ones were her students and she loved them so much as they loved her- she always wrote to me about them, throughout the years since she was even their teacher, she just made them feel so loved and so special. They are in the 8th and 7th grade now- and to this day she is and forever will be their absolute favorite.
Within the last 3 years both my mother and my father were diagnosed with lung cancer. Your mom/wife constantly reached out to me checking in on them. I would cry- how can this woman going through such a battle herself find the time to check on me and my family- She shared with me some of the things she had gone through with her journey and it broke my heart knowing that such a wonderful person was going through such a difficult battle and by looking at her, hide it so well with a smile that just lit up every room she walked into.
She made everyone feel so loved - It is truly a great loss here but Heaven just gained one of their very best angels, who I know will continue to bless you all and look over you the rest of your days through your life. I am forever grateful I met her- she really made me want to be a better person and to live with a kind heart.
Sending you all my love and prayers during this time.
With so much love,
Stacy Egli

My deepest sympathy to Paul, Alicia, Chris, Mrs. Pepe and all of Denise's family and friends. Denise could not love you all more. I met Denise when she volunteered at WNIS and later worked with her at the school. She always gave so much care to our students and wanted to help ANYONE in need. I loved her "more is more" attitude in living life. She always smiled, even through the roughest of times. Her YOLO attitude should be celebrated, and I bet she is smiling down and planning big things. Her gusto for life should be spread among us all. Rest in in peace my friend.

Denise was in my class as an assistant during my first year of teaching. She was such a help and an absolute godsend helping me throughout that first year. Her unfailing joy will forever be remembered. Heaven has gained another angel!

Our condolences to the whole family. It was an honor to know Denise and get to work with her years after I taught Alicia. From the fire house to school and baseball, we shared many memories. Denise had a huge heart and was so kind and positive. She will be dearly missed.

In the quiet tenderness of loving memories, a tribute is paid to Denise - a soul radiant with intelligence and wit, matching her adventurous spirit. Her generous heart matched her faith-filled passion for life, giving credence to her creative and analytical prowess. Her courage remains an inspiring testament of her selflessness as she warmly nurtured others in her gentle care. Liable for her charismatic grace, as my teaching assistant, she was deeply cherished; truly an awesome gem indeed.

My condolences to Denise's family. Most especially our friend, her Mom Barbara with whom we shared a friendship for years. My tender memory of Denise is when she was about 9-10 years old, our family had gotten together at mutual friends (John/Joyce Guasta's home). Leaving there the our daughter Stephanie, Denise, Barbara (her sister) rode in the hatchback of a Honda Civic which we had. Memory of girls together laughing and having fun. Rest well Denise. Some sweet morning, prayerfully we will meet again.
